RETURN/REFUND POLICY For US Customers
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days from the ship date. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
We offer NO REFUNDS on SALE ITEMS.
If you bought the product with a SALE price, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
We do not exchange items. If you return an item and you get a refund, it is up to you to reorder the appropriate item through the website. All US returns have a 15% Restocking Fee.
To be eligible for a return and a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging, within 30 days of the orders ship date.
To complete your return, we require a proof of purchase. The name, order number and email address will do. Please do not send your purchase back without notifying us through the Contact Us email on this website. The email address is service@osbbc.com

If you are returning the item because you ordered the wrong size, we will refund your clothing item once we receive it in its original packaging in less than 30 days from the ship date. You will have to pay to ship it back and we have a 15% restocking fee for US orders.
If we ship you the wrong size, the wrong color, the wrong clothing item as listed on your order, we will refund you the full purchase price of the clothing item in error. We will not ship you the corrected item as it has been refunded. If you would like to get that clothing item you can order it through the website.
If you have received a damaged clothing item please send us a picture and a brief explanation of the issue via our email service@osbbc.com.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Lost and Stolen Orders:
If your order is lost in shipping it is up to you to Track it down or make a claim with the shipping company. Tracking information is sent automatically to the email you entered at checkout. Check your junk email if you do not see it. No refunds or sending product for items lost in shipping. if someone steals your order from your porch or mailbox it is not an issue we can correct.
RETURNS/REFUND POLICY for INTERNATIONAL Customers
All International Sales are final.
We can not control the shipping process once your order leaves our Warehouse in Florida USA. You have the exact same tracking information we have. Once we have confirmation that we have delivered the order to the shipper you chose online it is a completed order.
ALL INTERNATIONAL SALES ARE FINAL.
NO EXCHANGES AND NO REFUNDS.
You are accepting the risk of shipping Internationally and have the Tracking Number to launch a claim with the shipping company.
When you order through the website you pick the International Shipping method you are most comfortable with. It is our experience that the cheapest method listed is usually the slowest. The more expensive options are usually faster.
We do not have Corporate Shipping Accounts with these Shippers. They are supplied to us with Shopify discounts that we pass on to you through the Shopify Shipping System.
You will receive the same tracking number we see on your order. We have no additional tracking information and no ability to track orders effectively once they leave the US.
The Shopify Shipping System supplies the appropriate Customs Forms or the actual Shipping Label has the Customs information on it using both type and bar codes.
REFUSAL OF CUSTOMS CHARGES IMPOSED BY YOUR COUNTRY ON YOUR INTERNATIONAL ORDER.
If you find out that your package has arrived at Customs and now you are faced with Importation Fees, Taxes or Duties to complete delivery, it is your responsibility to pay those fees. We understand that you may not be aware of those fees and may choose to refuse the order.

Understand that there are NO REFUNDS for orders refused due to Customs Fees Taxes and Duties Fees as ALL INTERNATIONAL SALES ARE FINAL.
If we have made a mistake and sent you the wrong item, wrong size, wrong color or a defective item, we will refund that item upon photo verification through the email address on the website. The email address is service@osbbc.com.
