Shipping policy

Shipping Rates (Continental U.S.)

  • FREE shipping on orders $85+ (after discounts). That's just 3 tees.
  • Orders under $85 ship for a flat $6.00.
  • Alaska, Hawaii and international rates are calculated at checkout.

Processing Time

Orders ship within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). During new drop launches, Black Friday and the holidays, please allow a few extra days.

Delivery Time

Most U.S. orders arrive 2–5 business days after they ship by USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground. Weather and carrier delays are outside our control.

Tracking

You'll get a confirmation email when you order and a tracking email when your order ships. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to update. Don't see our emails? Check your spam or junk folder.

Check Your Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't change an address once an order has shipped, and we're not responsible for packages sent to an address entered incorrectly. We ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO military addresses.

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages

Once a package is handed to the carrier, it's in their hands. If tracking shows delivered but you can't find it, check with neighbors and your local post office first. Packages marked delivered are not refunded or replaced. If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, email us with your order number (and photos for damage) and we'll help you file a claim with the carrier.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties or import taxes charged by their country. These are not included in our prices or shipping costs. Customs may delay delivery. All international sales are final.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is charged based on the state your order ships to. Your full total, including shipping and tax, is shown before you pay.

Customer Service

All customer service is handled by email only at service@osbbc.com. Please include your order number. We can't help with orders, returns or shipping issues through Instagram, Facebook, phone calls or text messages. Email is the fastest way to get help, and it gives both of us a written record.
